50x70 cm Single-Sleeve T-Shirt Printing Press

The set includes a single-arm manual screen printing press with a 50x70 cm MDF tabletop. The metal construction body provides a structure suitable for workshop use, while the vertical height adjustment helps to regulate the working distance between the plate and the printing surface.

The machine is designed for single-color manual printing systems. It can be used on t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tote bags, and similar textile products that can be neatly placed on the machine.

40x60 cm Metal Screen Printing Stencil

The set includes a 40x60 cm metal screen printing plate made from 3x3 cm profile. 43 mesh silk screen printing, suitable for general textile printing applications, is stretched over the plate.

The plate is shipped empty and unexposed. To transfer the logo or design to the plate, it needs to be emulsified and exposed. Custom logo exposure service is not included in this standard set.

30 cm Aluminum Screen Printing Squeegee

The 30 cm aluminum squeegee is used to transfer the paint from the stencil onto the textile surface in a controlled manner. The squeegee included in the set has an 80 Shore squeegee rubber, used in professional screen printing applications.

The squeegee length is determined to allow for comfortable movement within the mold's internal working area and to meet standard t-shirt printing dimensions.

1 kg Ready-to-use Black Textile Screen Printing Paint

The set includes a 1 kg package of ready-to-print black water-based textile screen printing ink. No additional paste, binder, or pigment needs to be added to the ink. The product can be mixed homogenously in the packaging before use.
